Filtering Dropdown Lists

Hello,

I am trying to filter my the 2nd dropdown menu based on what was selected in the 1st dropdown.  For example, at a car dealership if you select a make (1st DDL), only the models for that make would appear in the 2nd DDL.  I am not using a database to retrieve data as I have populated the data under the "List Items" in the Field Tab.  Does anyone have a solution?

You have to write script to filter the list items..
