Hi folks,

Beginning last evening, and continuing through this morning, we've been experiencing significant delays in connecting to the LCCS collaboration and FMS servers. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem.

Here is a sample of the sort of connection time we've been seeing:

11:02:23 GMT-0500    requestInfo https://connectnow.acrobat.com/MYACCOUNT/MYROOM?exx=eDpEYXZpczo6eW91YXJldHY6NjI5OnlydHYxMzE6NTA6MjEy...

11:02:28 GMT-0500    #TicketService# ticket received: 1lk64nrsn5np2

11:02:28 GMT-0500    Getting FMS at https://na2.collaboration.adobelivecycle.com/fms?ticket=1lk64nrsn5np2&proto=rtmfp, attempt #1/3

11:03:37 GMT-0500    result: <fms>

  <origin>fms7.acrobat.com</origin>

  <proto_ports>rtmfp:1935,rtmps:443</proto_ports>

  <retry_attempts>2</retry_attempts>

</fms>

11:03:37 GMT-0500    protocols: [object ProtocolPortPair],[object ProtocolPortPair]

11:03:37 GMT-0500    [attempt 1 of 2] Connecting to 0/1: rtmfp://fms7.acrobat.com/cocomo/na2-sdk-ad400005-ff4b-4576-b2fb-d5297f703868/yrtv131 #startProtosConnect#

11:03:38 GMT-0500    tempNetStatusHandler 0/2,NetConnection.Connect.Success

11:03:38 GMT-0500    isTunneling? false

11:03:38 GMT-0500    is using RTMPS? false

11:04:15 GMT-0500    RECEIVED LOGIN AT SESSION

Thanks,

Davis

No worries. Getting more posts is better than less (although in this case the team was already working on solving the issue).

Servers are back up. Service is back to normal.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience.

We will post more info in a little bit on what went on.

Thanks,

Julien
