FAQ About Adobe LiveCycle Designer (send email) as PDF

HI my name is  saeed and i want ask about when i make application form on this program i  want put button (send email) as PDF not XML or html i meaning he send  me email after full the application as Attach fail  PDF  not xml or html  is this possible.

1. Add a button to your form.

2. On the Object Palette, switch the type to "Submit".

3. On the Submit tab, enter "mailto:email@example.com" (or your own address) as the email address.

4. On the Submit tab, switch the submission type to PDF.

No When i press the Send button Does not show anything  any message and Are not sent to the email in anything

Try to apply Usage Rights (with Submit form data option enabled) to your document and click on the Send Email button.

where i can found the (Usage Rights) and (Submit form data option enabled) .Can you be more Specific . please i need real help  as soon as possible.

Do you have Adobe LiveCycle ES/ES2 installed?

If yes, goto the URL http://hostname:8080/ReaderExtensions

Choose your file and click on "Apply" usage rights button

Download the Reader Extended file and try to submit it.

yes i have Adobe LiveCycle ES/ES2. and the link you put is not correct . please help me .

You should replace the actual "hostname". For e.g localhost (if LiveCycle server installed on local machine) or hostname/IP address or the LiveCycle server.

Can you clarify more please , Because I could not understand what you mean .

what do you mean localhost (if LiveCycle server installed on local machine) and how can i find it .

and how can i Change the hostname/IP address or the LiveCycle server.

i open the outlook on my pc and put my email inside it And then left open, and try the button send but Doesn't make anything.

Goto command prompt and type  ipconfig

You will get something like this:

Use the IP Address instead of the word hostname.

In my case, it would be http://10.13.34.155:8080/ReaderExtensions

you mean must be buy LiveCycle Designer .

And the Try version of LiveCycle Designer ES2 does not work that way.
