Error on opening PDF

Hi, I'm facing the following error while trying to open a PDF.

"Adobe Reader couldn't open A9R4XXX.tmp because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachement and wasn't correctly decoded " .

I haven't come across this issue in the past. I see this issue recently. While i click OK and reopen the form, things work fine.

Kindly advice.

Hi,

I guess you are facing this issue for a particular form. Sometimes these odd issue come up if the PDF is partly corrupted or fully corrupted. If this happens for every PDFs there might be some issue in your Adobe reader. If this happens for every PDF try to uninstal and reinstal reader again.
