Enable comments and markup in interactive form

How can I enable comments and markup in an interactive form? When I open the form in Acrobat, Enable for Commenting and Analysis is greyed out.

Hi,

You can only enable static PDF forms or flat PDFs for adding comments. If your form is dynamic you will not be able to enable comments.
