Dynamic Form Accessibility (WCAG)

Hello all, 

Can Dynamic forms generated in LiveCycle be WCAG compliant? If so, what is the best approach for testing a Dynamic form?

I understand that tags are not generated in a dynamic form, but all of the content can still be accessible via screen reader or other assistive technology.

Any information/insight would be greatly appreciated.
