Deleting Workbench ES1 using the Registry

Avatar

Level 3

I was running Workbench ES1 on Server2003 and everything was working fine. When I upgraded to Windows 7, it saved my copy of LiveCycle and Workbench and they were working except I would get errors when trying to use certain parts of Workbench. Windows 7 won't let me re-intall Workbench ES1 becuase it already has a version on the machine, but Windows 7 doesn't recognize that Workbench ES1 is a program in the control panel, so I can't uninstall it. The uninstaller that comes with Workbench ES1 is also not working. How can I remove Workbench ES1 from the registry so I can re-install it.

If you know please give step-by-step instructions as I'm kind of ignorant in this area. Thanks.
