Decode error

Hi, I´m getting strange error on the Decode component (from Barcoded forms). I am decoding a different forms with barcodes, but with one of them the process crashes everytimes on Decode one, with following Stalled error.

Could someone tell me whats wrong with it?

When there is a transaction failure it means that the decode process is failing but not reporting an exception and canceling the transaction.  If you record your process and play it back you will probably see that the decode is "working" but the next step in your process is failing.

Right-click on your process and then turn off the transaction mechanism you are currently using.  This will allow your process to continue after a failed decode.

Right, Reply-ing the decode component in Adminui lead to the successfull end.

How should I prevent this? It happens only with the one specific form, others (using the same barcode) are ok.
