Dateshort pattern still showing time

Avatar

My date time field has the pattern set as date{MM/DD/YYYY}

Yet the time is still displaying.  Any suggestions?  I only need the date to display.

Thanks for the help, I changed the format to date.short{} instead of date{MM/DD/YYYY} and now it works.

Hi,

check the data format in the binding palette.

Maybe it is still set to display date and time.
