can someome help me make these text boxes expandable?

I can not seem to figure out how to make the text boxes on the 2nd page of this 2 page document.  Could someone do that for me?

Two issues .....

1. The form must be saved as a dynamic Form. Under the SaveAs menu make sure that you choose a type of Dynamic PDF.

2. The root subform for Page 2 must be set to flowed. Once that is done everything will shift to the left. On the subform object in the layout tab you can set a .25 in margin to put the object back where they were.

thanks, I am close!   But even after changnig those margins, some of the text boxes remain jumbled and impossible (for me) to move back to their original position.
