How can I set Title property value on document property window to appear in title bar of adobe reader/acrobat pro ?I cannot edit the "Show Document Title" property because it is locked because of livecycle document structure.Thank you

Where does one obtain licensing for the product?  Crazy place to have to ask this question.  But no one seems to know.  The name went from LiveCycle Forms Designer to AEM Forms Designer.  Maybe that's part of the issue?

I need a little help on populating just the last four digits of a SSN elsewhere within my form.  In the form there is one subform which is collecting demographic information.  About 20 subforms down, there is a field which needs to populate just the last four digits of the SSN field which is located...
