batch process "enable usage rights"

Is it possible to batch process the "enable usage rights" feature in Acrobat Pro, when I have a folder of forms created with Live Cycle Designer? I have thousands of files I need to enable Adobe Reader rights for- and I only know how to do it manually!

I believe you will need to acquire Adobe LiveCycle Reader Extensions to process any number of files in batch.  However, you should take a close look at the EULA of Acrobat and make sure your use case fits the requirements / restrictions.
