Answers to my questions

Good morning,

I had posted a question about "required fields".  Even though I received an answer, a communication chain was established because I am still having difficulty fixing my problem.  My last question was not answered, so I resent it again several times by piggy backing off of my initial question using the "reply" button.  It still has not been answered.  Should I be doing anything different in order to continue the conversation with the expert?
