Does s/o know where to get a "drop-down list" fragment with a complete set of countries? (Adobe provides a country drop-down list but with the software but its rather useless because many countries are missing, including China, Cuba, Israel, so inadvertent this could cause embarrassment and/or diplomatic protests).
