When saving a form, how to use field content to set the name of the file?

I have a form I am creating in LiveCycle Designer 8.0.

In the form is a field named "Subject Name" ... it is a text field that is mandatory.

What I would like to do is this:

When I go to save the form, the file name will change to whatever is in the "Subject Name" field.

Example:

1. Subject Name field contains text "John Smith"

2. Go to save the form.

3. Save As dialog box appears.

4. Name of file is set to "John Smith.pdf"

5. I am still able to navigate to another folder to save the file there.

What all would I have to do in LiveCycle Designer 8.0 to make this happen?

Please bear in mind that I will need clear-cut instructions on how to do this.
