I am going to start this by saying I figure this has got to be something I am doing wrong. I have created a form in LiveCycle Designer that has many fields that are set as required. I also have radio buttons that are required. I am able to set up a warning message that the field is required that pops up if a choice is not made. I would like to have this feature for my text fields as well, but for some reason they do not seam to work. Can anyone give me any suggestions?

The messages will only fire when you do a submit of the form.

Thank you for that information. To make sure I am understanding correctly, While the message pops up with the radio buttons right away, the messages for the fields will not come up till the form is saved or sent.

Yes ..... the radio buttons should act the same way. I tried it with 8.2 and it worked as advertised.
