RMDocumentEvent Dont populate the PolicyID event Data

Avatar

Level 1
Hi,

I'm trying to capture the present value at /APSAuditEvent/PolicyId in event of RevokeOnPrint sample, to specify the policy that will throw the event, but when the event is initiated by the server (when the user prints the PDF), the event is launched, but no value in /APSAuditEvent/PolicyId.

Any idea of how to resolve?

The variable being used to store the various elements of the event data must be set as "Input".

That being said, it looks like there is still a problem retrieving the PolicyID from the event data.  The value that was returned in my test was "<policyID/>".  I tested with a variable of type string, xml and document.

This issue should be logged with Adobe Technical support to determine if this behaviour is a bug.

Regards

Steve
