Reader Extension 'Credential file' missing

I have downloaded Developer version of Adobe LiveCycle Reader Extension Server, but it seems i have been missing 'Credential' file during installation. Can you please tell me how to get this file? to install and proceed developmennt.

I am having the same problem trying to obtain the credential.  Can I get that explanation in english please?
