I have created an evaluation form in Adobe Designer 7 and have added a "submit by e-mail" button that is supposed to send a filled out pdf version of the form to the recipient. It is a form that will be filled out by a variety of users.
In testing the form, we discovered that in some cases (it seems on computers that do not have Acrobat Professional) the button does not perform any action (like opening a new e-mail with the form attached).
The form needs to be seen by the supervisor and the person that is evaluated and some of the people are technologically challenged and they do not understand xml. It does work when it sends xml data, but not the completed pdf form. It is therefore important to be able to send a pdf.
I have no idea where to start looking for the problem. What can I do to solve the problem?
