Problem converting HTML to PDF

hello everybody,



with PDF-Generator Professional I´ve tried to convert HTML to PDF. The error message is: Error code 1015. Filetype is not supported.

The overview and Adobe Support says, that HTML to PDF is definitivly possible. Any idea?

How are you converting html to pdf, is it from PDF-G adminui?

If you are converting from PDF-G adminui, you may need to add the html extension in the file type setting
