I'm not sure if this is the correct location for this question, but thought I'd post it here.
I'm currently using Adobe Acrobat X Pro. When I open up Microsoft Word 2007 it has an option in the menu bar for Acrobat. Using this Acrobat option allows me to use the "Embed Flash" button to incorporate Video (QT H264) and Audio (.WAV) files into the Word Document. I can then select "Create PDF" and it will make a PDF with the QTs embedded into the document.
However, when I go onto my colleagues computer who DOES NOT have Adobe Acrobat X Pro installed, the Adobe selection is not available in Microsoft Word 2007 (b/c X is not installed). Bottom-line, I need to incorporate Video (QT H264) and Audio (.WAV) files into my word document. Is there a Plug-In available for this without having to buy additional licenses of Adobe Acrobat X Pro? Do I have any other options to make a PDF with embedded video and audio?
