Is there a way to ensure the Reader user sees different page sizes? For example:
Page 1 is 8.5 x 11
Pages 2-10 are 5.5 x 11
I set my master pages that way and no problem, I get the blue line indicating bottom of page. But when I pdf preview all pages are 8.5 x 11.
Is there a method (for an absolute non-pro at this) to ensure that?
