How to associate text with a Help button

I am a novice using Designer 7.0. My mission is to create a multi-page form that our sales force completes to qualify clients. Our sales manager wants a Help button for selected questions (not just a Tool Tip). How do I associate simple help text with a button?



Any direction will be most appreciated. The guidebook that our sales manager bought for me to use isnt hitting the mark on this one.
