JBOSS & Kaspersky Conflic

Hi,



I have figured out that there is a conflict between Kaspersky anti-virus and JBoss perventing JBoss from working properly. Any suggestion to overcome this issue.

This is neither a JBoss nor Kaspersky forum, you might have more luck asking in those communities as there may be people with a more specialised knowledge on these issues.



For what it's worth, I've never had any problems running KIS 6.0 with JBoss on my local development machine, it's always worked absolutely perfectly for me.



It might help if you to mention your OS, the versions of Kaspersky and JBoss you're using, what the problem is (symptoms and/or error logs), what you have tried so far to resolve it.



Kaspersky software usually maintains very detailed logs of exactly what it is doing, and on my version I can set up rules to allow blocked activity using hyperlinks from within in the log viewer. Perhaps have a look at your logs and see if there is anything obvious which appears when you try to launch JBoss.
