I've created a seven page form in which I can embed photographs for site visit documentation. The form consists of multiple pages each with two image fields per page. The pdf form works great, but at times, not all seven pages are needed. I need to be able to delete extra pages before inserting this...

I have a huge dynamic form that scrolls down. I want to know if it is possible to keep the submit button that is shown at the top of the page to be always visible even if one scrolls down the page. I am using designer 8. Thanks
