BAM Doesn't Run - JBoss Turnkey

After installing the JBoss turnkey on JBoss 4.0.3SP1 I have run the configuration manager twice and everything except BAM works perfectly.



When I try to log into the BAM workbench or dashboard I get a 404 error which seems to imply that the BAM jars aren't deployed. So how do I get this deployed? I've tried running the startAgent.cmd file from the SDK folder, but this simply gives another error.



Does anybody have any idea what I'm missing here? Some guidance would be seriously appreciated.

After printing out the turnkey installation manual and following the custom configuration steps one by one, I noticed that the step for configuring BAM (step 20 on page 22 of the latest manual - October 2008) is skipped on my machine.



This seems to indicate that I should've selected BAM earlier in the installation or configuration process, but I'm not finding the appropriate screen.
