I'm installing LC Forms on RedHat EL3 (which I've successfully done many times before) however on this particular machine the installer hangs at 99% while it says "creating uninstaller". I turned on installshield debugging and the most previous operation was to change the permissions to 777 on one of the documentation directories.
Any idea what could be causing this? I didn't install RedHat myself so it could be the way RH has been configured. The only unusual thing is that this is running 2 dual core processors (the top command shows 4 processors).
Any ideas or advice?
