How to repeat header at line wrap - horizontal growing subform

I want something like a horizontal table. There is a header column and an unknown number of data columns. The number of rows of the entries is dynamic. It should look like this:



h1|d11|d21|d31

h2|s12|d22|d32

--------------

h1|d41|d51

h2|d42|d52



Is it possible to repeat the header column each time a new "row" is used?
