how to add a PEN signature

I have a laptop with the stylus how do i make a field in a PDF for someone to use the stylus to put there signature?

If you're using a Tablet PC with Acrobat (for forms) you may need a plug-in to fill-in the form with a stylus. You can find more information on this at:
