Email Submit Button

I created a form with email submit button, but when try it on acrobat reader to send the form I did not get the email at all. Also, nothing happen when I click on the submit button. Is something suppose to change or pop up at all? I contacted the tech support and they told me that it was my outlook problem, but I try to click on a website email address and my outlook pops up. Can anyone help?

I think you must pass your form in the component ReaderExtension to allow people to use this fonctionality in Reader.
