email/print buttons don't work for all users

I have a (LiveCycle 8.0)form posted on our website for workshop registrations. I'm getting complaints from users that the email and/or print buttons do not work for some of them. In at least 2 cases, the people were using Macs. One of these belongs to our web guy who stated that the form worked fine on his PC but the buttons wouldn't work on his Mac with the Safari browser.



Any ideas on fixing this?

I wasn't able to get the buttons to work on my form under the current Mac version of Reader either. No idea why . . . .

Those buttons are calling OS level functions for printing and interfacing with email....my guess is that the MAC does not have those OS level functions.
