I have just upgraded to Acrobat Pro 9 from v.7 pro.
I'm sort of new at this, mostly with data binding. I must be missing something, I'm having trouble creating a new connection to my Access 03 database.
So far, these are the steps I've taken:
File>New Data Connection
Name New Data Connection: CLAIMS
Get Data Description From: OLEDB Database
Connection String:
Build...
Provider; Select the data you want to connect to: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers
Next»
Specify the source of data
Use data source name: MS Access Database
OK, now how do I specify where to get the db?
Previously, I was able to browse & select the file.
My database location address:
D:\101 BILLING\FORMS\ADOBE\CLAIMS.MDB
(this is not on a server - it is just on a partition)
I know it's staring at me right in the face - but I just don't see it.
