Checkpoints?

Hi all,



I am wondering what these checkpoints which can be seen in ther server.log file is used for and where I can setup how often they are taken?



At the moment it looks like they are taken every 30 minutes on my development server - which (to me) seems a little too often. Can you help me understand why this should be necessary?

Can you post the entries from the log? I'm not sure which checkpoints you're talking about.
