I built a form that starts with just a header & several checkboxes. When clicked, obviously, subforms appear. The form is to be emailed.
Here's the problem: When a user checks the desired checkboxes and fills in the subforms, AND emails the form out............the recipent recieves the form. The form is blank. The recipent has to check the boxes to make the filled in subforms appear.
How do I get the form to look EXACTLY the same as when the first user filled it out? I don't want the recipent to have to click around to find out what subforms were actually filled out!
