Beginner in Adobe LieCycler

I want to create customer order in pdf.

I want to place all information which my customer needs to make an order. And I want to do that with auto-filling data in form.

Person which will fill the form should only chose product from drop-down list and rest of the fields will be putted automatically such as price.

After client will add quantities and calculation should me made automatically.



I don't know how to do that, can somebody give me link to tutorial or example-pdf.
