I have a dynamic .pdf that pulls certain pages based on information passed through an URL. After that .pdf is created - is there a way to save it as a static .pdf so the form can remain in that current state?

I have a time field with H:MM A format..no matter what time I put in it, it always return AM. If I type 925 it returns 9:25 AM if I type 345 it returns 3:45 AM...Why is it behaving in this matter and how do I fix it...thanks
