Is it possible to add role based email addresses in AJO when sending out emails? As an example, if there is any technical issues we want the user who recieves the email to report using the address abc@techissues.com and if there is direct complaints the user can report to abc@report.com

@trojan_horse If you can identify whether the customer is looking to report a technical issue/direct complaint very well you can use dynamic content for this purpose.

Unless there's a way to identify you can't include a specific email address rather than to specify both addresses.
