Query Service - Failed to reconnect after 3 retries / Database connection error

Hi everyone,

Has anyone run into this issue when trying to run queries in Adobe Experience Platform?

I'm getting this error in the Query Service console:

I’ve already tried:

  • Refreshing the page

  • Logging out and back in

  • Switching browsers

Still seeing the same issue. Is this usually tied to backend instability or a permission/session timeout? Would appreciate any advice.

I recommend trying the following steps as well:

 
 

- Try a hard refresh , incognito mode, or clear cache.
- Check Adobe Status Page for service outages.
- Verify your AEP permissions.
- Use DevTools to check for network/authentication errors.

If still unresolved, contact Adobe Support with error details and logs.

Hi @RS195 

Query service within browser has this weird behavior among a few others. I suppose, you are better off with using Dbvisualizer or Notebook
