Access to sandbox/demo account for Experience platform

Hi, I’m currently working on an on-demand EP course and came across the following details in the activity guide. I read that I need to submit a form to get the sandbox details, but I couldn’t find the link. Could someone please share the link if you have it? Thanks!

In my understanding instructions are referring to users you subscribed to Adobe Learning courses https://learning.adobe.com/learn-by-product/experience-platform.html

AEP access or any other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions are not generally available for open access, they get access to through their organizations or through learning courses for a short period.
