how can I make a promotion for my website that contains these features "Take 1 garment and we give you 40% discount on the second unit (the discount would apply on the garment of lower value)"

Which tool sets are you using? Do you want to personalize the offer based on the user's cart status or behavior pattern?

Or do you want to give a discount for every user that has two items on their cart? Or do you want to give an offer banner on the site?
