at what time we need to craete batch and stream audience need to create ?

why only we need to evening time?

Batch audiences are often created in the evening to:

- Avoid peak processing times
- Ensure full-day data is available
- Align with next-day campaigns

Actually evening creation is a best practice, not a requirement. You can Choose the audience type based on latency needs and use case.
