AEP CJA Functionality

Hi all,

What is AEP CJA Functionality?

Data collection, analysis, segmentation and reporting?

I see that all these Functionalities are already served by AEP/RTCDP.

AEP/RTCDP does analysis in a much advanced way, like using ID Graph and AI.

Does CJA also create segments?

If so why do we need this, when segments are available in AEP?

Also, does CJA share segments to other destinations also along with AJO  ?

CJA is not a data collection or activation tool. It is an analytics and reporting layer built on top of AEP data.

Does CJA create segments?
No.

Does CJA share segments to other destinations, including AJO?
No.
