Login Problem

Hello,

I can't get into Adobe Experience Platform Launch. It gives an error like the one below. What could be the reason for this, I am in admin authority on my account.

 

Or, with whomever I share this problem, it can reach a solution.

 

"Error Loading Account

IMS Profile Error "User ID FB5662F95E6615AC0A495EC9@AdobeID is not authorized for Launch access with any organizations"
Your session may have timed out."

Hi @Songulozgu 

If you have access to multiple organizations you may not have the correct organization selected in the upper right-hand corner. Please do the following try again in incognito mode and ensure the appropriate organization is selected. 

If this still fails let me know if you want to organize a screen share meeting to troubleshoot this or create a support case via customercare@adobe.com

If you have access to multiple organizations you may not have the correct organization selected in the upper right-hand corner. Please do the following try again in incognito mode and ensure the appropriate organization is selected. 

If this still fails let me know if you want to organize a screen share meeting to troubleshoot this or create a support case via customercare@adobe.com

quick follow up to this @Songulozgu, with your provided user ID I was able to find the orginization in question. From the Admin console I see that you only have access to Adobe Analytics, please work with your System Admin for Adobe Launch Access. Thank you Joshua

Hi @Songulozgu, I have gone ahead and provided you Adobe Launch access (you should receive an email) within your Experience Cloud organisation, if you face any further issues let us create a support ticket and I will be happy to jump on a call with you.

@Joshua_Eisikovi , just checking, but did you actually check with the System Admins before granting access?

Hi @Joshua_Eisikovi, I am currently having this same login when trying to access the data collection tab in the UI. Could you provide me with Launch access like you did for Songulozgu?

My error message, for reference:

 

"Error Loading Account

There was a problem signing in. "User ID 3EFD4FB761FC60780A495EB2@AdobeID is not authorized for Launch access with any organizations"
Your session may have timed out."

Hi @kinjst please file a support ticket so we can track this correctly (Documentation) or request access via a System or Product Admin for your organisation.
