I m trying to using reactor helloworld extension to develop a new extension.. Below the error when I try to run npm instal

This looks like a conifugration error with npm as versus with the tool itself.

First review the requirements of running the tool, here.

And if they are met, maybe try out some of the suggestions on stackoverflow, here, to modify your npm settings.
