Hi @Sneha-Parmar

This is a simialr proccess of how Adobe Target/Adobe Analytics uses Audeince Library and Adobe Audience Manager segments. There is a behind the scenes provisioning that must occur per your IMS Org, however unlike the Shared Audiences, A4T, and Triggers provisioning form here http://adobe.com/go/audiences

The Bi-Directional segment sharing of AEP to Expereince Cloud and Expereince Cloud segments to AEP, must be done via Customer Support. Can you please file a support ticket via the Admin Console (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/customer-one/using/home.html?lang=en) and we can handle this process internally for you.

In addition some information on the Bi-Directional Segment sharing :

  • Currently only one instance of AAM per IMS Organization (same for Adobe Target).
  • The one instance of AAM can be synced with one AEP sandbox (prod, dev)
    • 1:1 relationship per AEP sandbox and AAM PID.
  • Provisioning is a 1:1 relationship that can be reverted and re-set up i.e. going from AAM: AEP (dev) to AAM: AEP(prod) sandbox.

Hope this helps!
