Adobe Launch: How Do You Edit Library After Pushed to Production?

Avatar

Level 4

I have a library which was recently pushed to production.  I realized that I need to make a modification in one of the rules.  I can't seem to "reject" my library like I could in Staging.  How do I edit my library after it's been pushed to production?

Thanks

Hi Eham06,

You can not make changes once a library is pushed into production.

Solution for what you want to achieve is to make changes in the Rule and then build a new library which only includes this change and then push this new library into production.

I do have a question. I pused a rule to production and I forgot to add one the events that was necessary. And my client wants to change the name of one of the evar. If I make changes to that rule and again push it live, I would be able to get the previous data or there will be the loss of data. Please help me out.
