There was a error in Adobe cloud for communities UGC-AEM 6.3

We are getting below error when trying to access communities page: Caused by: org.apache.sling.api.SlingIOException: org.apache.sling.api.resource.PersistenceException: Cannot call Adobe Storage: Received 500 at com.adobe.cq.social.srp.internal.UGCCResourceProvider.getResources(UGCCResourceProvider.java:2225) at com.adobe.cq.social.commons.comments.impl.CommentSocialComponentResourceListImpl.prefetchNodes(CommentSocialComponentResourceListImpl.java:397) at com.adobe.cq.social.commons.comments.impl.CommentSocialComponentResourceListImpl.getComments(CommentSocialComponentResourceListImpl.java:243) at com.adobe.cq.social.commons.comments.impl.CommentSocialComponentResourceListImpl.prefetchForGetAsMap(CommentSocialComponentResourceListImpl.java:184) at com.adobe.cq.social.commons.comments.api.AbstractCommentCollection.initCommentsWithPrefetch(AbstractCommentCollection.java:352)

Please help to resolve it..
