Hey guys,

I'm having the same issue as this user: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager-forms/send-email-attachmen....

When sending the attachments with the Send Email even though I configured a file name for the attachment file:

Could you guys help me implement the hotfix that you mentioned on his solution?

Thanks

@Kiran_Vedantam - The latest package is AEM 6.5.13 as I mentioned above - the issue has been fixed in AEM 6.5.13. However, @SebasRios34's current scope is to stay on AEM 6.5.12.

Hi @SebasRios34 ,

There will be 2 options you can consider as below

  1. Please open a support ticket to get the hotfix zip package (If your scope is to stay on AEM 6.5.12)
  2. You can upgrade to AEM 6.5.13 as it says it has been fixed and AEM 6.5.13 is already released.

Please refer: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/release-notes/release-notes.html?lang=....

Hope that helps!

Regards,

Santosh

Hey @SebasRios34

Download the latest package from here: https://experience.adobe.com/#/downloads/content/software-distribution/en/aem.html and install for the fix.

Thanks,

Kiran Vedantam.

Dear @SantoshSai, I know that the issue is fixed in 6.5.13, but, anyway, thanks for re-iterating it. Also, thanks for taking your time and clarifying the scope of the query yourselves. Appreciate it.

Thanks,

Kiran Vedantam.
