OOTB features beahvior with different browsers

Hi All,

We are struggling with issues related to browsers that AEM OOTB features working on Chrome but not in IE. I am not sure where to start to look for the issue. We have Chrome 55, IE11 and AEM 6.2. I know it will be something to do with browsers but not sure where exactly to look for. There is nothing in error.log file as well.

Eg: Publish/Publish Later not working for IE but working fine for Chrome. Deletion of Asset from Asset upload window is working fine for Chrome but not in IE.

Please guide me how i an proceed to analyze the issues and take the issue to client with exact details to rectify.

Are you talking about Image upload and file upload OOTB components? If so, i am not able to reproduce the issue.

Please let us know steps to reproduce the issue.

There could be come client side JS which will be causing the issue.

Can you open browser console in IE and the perform the steps.. you might see some error.
