Issues with page loading

Hello All - We have an issue with the page (Classic UI) in our environment. The page is not loading properly. If I block "cq.widgets" clientlib in the network call, the page is loading fine but the authoring controls are disabled.

I observe this behavior in all the environments. Can someone tell me what could be the cause for this issue? This is happening in AEM 6.5.

P.S. The pages which are based out of Touch UI is loading fine.

Hi @test1234567 ,

 

In that case, you must be having an error in widgets.

Can you please check the console to verify the error when the page is loaded?
